Senior Programme Officer - Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)

The Senior Programme Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of professional qualification programmes for the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF).

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of professional qualification programmes under Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) to enhance the professional competence of industry practitioners
• Plan and implement professional qualification programmes under ECF to cater for market needs and regulatory requirements
• Conduct programme scheduling and resources planning (e.g. trainers) and facilitate end to end programme delivery
• Execute measures to manage the quality of ECF programmes
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to raise market awareness of ECF programmes
• Participate in projects related to Qualifications Framework and competence development
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above; major in Business, Finance or Human Resources disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience gained from banking, financial or training & development industry is preferred
• Strong in project management, analytical and problem-solving skills; good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, customer oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese typing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Programme Officer
