Prepare and review test protocols and related quality documents for clients to fulfil chemical safety and legal compliance purpose for consumer products
Check quotation, sample breakdown checklist, test results and test reports in accordance with related safety standards and specific chemical safety requirements.
Offer technical advices to teams and clients.
Monitor test project status and ensure the smooth running of assigned projects
Work closely with internal departments and branch offices, also with local and Retails clients
Handle communication with customers for assigned projects and other enquires if necessary
Assist supervisor to provide training and supervise for the junior staff
Assist sales team for marketing, sales activities and provide training to external client if necessary
Assist Business Line to achieve business unit target
Diploma or above in Sciences, or other disciplines
4-5 years working experience in commercial laboratory
Good knowledge in EU, Germany, US worldwide chemical requirements for food contact materials is preferable
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/ Putonghua
Proficiency in PC operation, excellent in MS words & Excel
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team and customer orientated
Immediate available is preferred
