Senior / Project Manager, Global Banking (Non-IT)

Our client is currently looking for energetic, high calibers candidates to join their professional team.


  • Come to grips with business situation and identify the needs and requirements of transformation.
  • Producing project definitions to include validated functional requirements, scope, roles, responsibilities, timescales and resources.
  • Work across teams (e.g. business units, IT, vendors) on the design and development tasks of the new system.
  • End to end execution on the plans and timely identification on gaps, obstacles and issues against project plan. Provide corresponding solutions to ensure project progress in accordance to quality of deliverables.
  • Responsible for communications between business and other internal IT parties.
  • Preparation of documentation, such as Scope of Work, User Requirements, Project Schedules, Meeting Minutes, Set-Up Procedures, Testing Procedures, etc.
  • Conduct hands on UAT & ensure all the projects are conformed to company standard as required.
  • Review of software developed and other relevant project deliverables for quality and accuracy prior to submission to client or actual implementation
  • Support production migration/verification, post implementation review and production problem solving


  • > 7 - 10 years experience in consultancy firm/Banking/FI; end to end project cycle handling;
  • Strong in communication & relationship handling; teamwork across different departments;
  • Attentive to detail with good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Project Management certification is a plus;
  • Independent, responsible, and a good team player.
