Senior Project Manager (HVAC)

Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Mechanical discipline major in HVAC.
•  No less than 15 years of extensive experience in building services and HVAC installation under the contracting environment with hands-on involvement and leading in technical and site management.
• With experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management are essential.   
• Good command of written English and Chinese and fluent in English and Cantonese.
• With a high sense of responsibility, good communication, organizational, and time management skills. 
• Working in the Kai Tak Sports Park Site. 
• 2-year contract.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.  

Job Duties:

• To coordinate all parties internally and externally on design, drawing, construction program, and installation.
• To supervise drawing production and site work progress.
• To manage the project team for overall project progress, monitor the material procurement & delivery in line with the site progress schedules.
• To certify payment of subcontractors and material & equipment, etc.
