Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Currently, one of our clients (a leading main contractor) is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager for their Building Projects:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction project site activities;
• Monitor site labor and materials delivery to organize the works to be carried out according to the agreed schedule;
• Coordinate with clients, and sub-contractors for progress of works.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Construction, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Member of HKIE, CIOB, HKICM and can be act as Authorized Signatory (AS) will be an advantage; 
• 15 years or above site management experience in building construction, with a minimum 5 years’ experience working in the capacity of Site Agent or above preferably in government projects;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager.
