This role is to provide business support for system and IT related aspects to internal and external customers.


  • Support cash management system projects, conduct training to new staff and customers
  • Conduct system demo, software installation, upgrade onsite, and user training
  • Manage project progress, including direct communication with customer, site visit, demo in showroom, installation, testing, conduct user training, go-live support
  • Update Server and Client User Manuals, FAQ
  • Handle and follow up on internal product enhancement request and submit request form.
  • Study and test existing and new machines software
  • Installation of all softwares required in sales activities
  • Conduct internal training to technician/Sales Team on cash management system


Education Level:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines


  • Knowledge of MSSQL, basic network infrastructure, software installation


  • At least 3 years' hands-on experience in IT system / projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to customers
  • Able to identify customer’s needs; analyze and provide solutions
