Senior property consultant/ Supervisor (Residential Properties)

My client is a private real estate developer who is currently looking for a Senior property consultant/ Supervisor to grow and manage their in-house sales team.


  • Manage and train an internal sales team
  • Formulate and implement effective sales, marketing and leasing strategies, supervising the daily marketing, sales and leasing activities and tenancy management of new developments
  • Conduct market research and analysis both in sales and rental transaction
  • Plan, organize and implement all sales and marketing activities for projects of the Group, including residential, shopping malls, and office.
  • In charge of sales and promotion of residential projects, including sales strategies, management of consultant and agents.


  • Must be Fluent English and Cantonese;
  • Successful previous experience in at least one Hong Kong property agency as a sales manager
  • Excellent motivator for sales team members who are under high pressure
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
