Senior Property Officer (Headquarter)


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Property Manager in executing various strategy and operational policies / procedures in assigned portfolios.
  • Monitor the day to day operations, liaison, administration and handling documents
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
  • Monitor the working performance of security team, technical team and cleaning team
  • Handle documentation for tendering and contracting
  • Handle clients’ enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
  • Perform ad hoc project assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder of Property Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property management, preferably with experience in commercial building
  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance cap 344 and related ordinances
  • Good leadership abilities with integrity and passion for excellence
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
