Assist Property Manager in supervising the day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio
Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters
Attend client and IO meetings after office hours occasionally
Prepare budget and meeting minutes
Attend to client and occupiers' enquiries
Diploma or above in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
At least 3 years' relevant experience in property management, BMO, and DMC related work
Holder of Estate Agent's Licence preferred
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
