Responsible for management and operation of the development
Deliver quality services
Provide customer services and handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Degree or Diploma holder in Housing Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer services in property management
Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related Ordinances
Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Willing to take initiative and meet challenges and able to work independently
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer or Assistant
