Senior Property Officer / Property Officer (Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise operation team to provide excellent and valued-add property and facilities management services for our tenants and visitors
• Maintain good relationship with tenants by provision of excellent management services
• Monitor and oversee the site operation and performance of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements and meet the standard of the Company
• Handle enquires / complaints / emergency matters as necessary and proper monitoring of manpower performance
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
• Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing prestigious shopping malls and / or Grade A commercial buildings of which at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Knowledge of ISO standards will be an advantage
• Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Property Officer
