You will assist in overseeing one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation. You will monitor, supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors, including security guards, clubhouse staff and cleaners, and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant for existing managed properties and/or new developments. You will handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets as well as organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees. You may be required to work at mass intake properties to prepare for pre-management matters. You are required to wear uniform and perform shift duties at irregular working hours.
You should have a Degree in a related discipline or professional qualification in Housing Management with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. You should have good interpersonal skill in dealing with residents, Owners' Committees and the public. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in various software applications are required. Experience in managing prestigious and large residential complex is an advantage.
Candidates with less experience and/or lower qualification may be considered for the Property Officer position.
