Senior Property Officer (Residential)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operation and management of a residential property;
  • Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning of the managed properties;
  • Handle enquries and complaints from residents;
  • Maintain good relationship with residents and assist in formation of the owners committees;
  • Other works assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property management;
  • Relevant experience in residential estate is an advantage
  • Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances;
  • Good MS Office skill & good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in handling newly built residential property would be an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Property Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Work Location: Ma On Shan
