Assist Manager to provide day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio
Prepare property budget, monthly reports, and meeting minutes
Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters
Attend meetings with clients and IOs, including after office hours if necessary
Diploma or above in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
Relevant professional qualifications MCIH / MHKIH / Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 2) an advantage
Holder of Estate Agent’s licence preferred
Must work well independently as well as part of a team
Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer.
