SENIOR PURCHASING MANAGER - PRC

Degree holder in Business or Supply Chain Management or related discipline

At least 10 years' experience in purchasing and vendor management, with at least 5 years in managerial level

Sound knowledge in electronics and mechanical parts is required

Lead PRC purchasing team in the day-to-day smooth running of the Purchasing Department activities including direct and indirect materials

To ensure timely placement of purchase orders and on-time delivery

To negotiate the VMI program and buffer order plan with suppliers

Liaise with internal department and external parties and suppliers

Monitor incoming material quality and control on inventory

Lead the team in solving supply issues to meet customer requirements

Manage supplier performance to meet requirements

Work closely with Production Materials Control and Shipping team on supply chain and shipment delivery issues

Experience in using ERP, SAP system is preferred

Confident in decision making with strong problem solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Willing to station and work on the mainland (5-days)
