Senior QS - Quantity Surveying

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from recognized professional bodies is preferable but not necessary
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in cost estimating, cost control and contract administration of residential/commercial construction projects
• Sound experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation and review of draft contracts/agreements, assessment of variations and claims, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
• Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Knowledge of BIM would be an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
