Ensure the repackaging procedure is performed and properly managed in accordance with the GMP standards and Zuellig Pharma internal procedures
Ensure the redressing operators are following the Zuellig Pharma personal hygiene procedures when performing repackaging task
Provide trainings to the relevant parties regarding to quality assurance aspects
Assist Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversees repackaging department and ensure quality is maintained in accordance with applicable GMP elements
Effective management of deviation, product/materials nonconformity, recall, and product complaints related to secondary packaging (includes investigation and corrective actions)
Assist the clinical trial material handling, such as goods receiving, order handling and return handling
Ensure the strict protocol is followed when handling the clinical trial materials
Degree in related disciplines
At least 5 years relevant quality management experience in pharmaceutical industry
Experience / exposure in dealing with Quality, Regulations & Enforcements within the local laws of for Pharmaceutical industry.
Extremely detail and accuracy oriented
Knowledge of internal standard of quality (e.g. GxP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
Knowledge on regulatory and legal requirements on pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge in risk management
CAPA and investigation skills
