Responsibilities:

• Communicate closely with researchers and developers to implement your strategies and align with overall business goals
• Play the role of quantitative developers, design and develop real-time quantitative trading strategies and relative system components
• Collaborate with external vendors, researchers, developers or traders to conduct demand analysis and system design
   

Requirements:

• University doctoral degree in mathematics, computer science, physics, statistics, or engineering related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in financial service industry, with at least 3 years in overseas institutions
• Rich experience in developing quantitative trading strategies, with practical operational capabilities to develop strategies and to code backtesting and simulation system
• Mastery of one or more language, such as KDB+, q, Java, or Python, having your own trading strategy with record is a plus
• Extensive knowledge and experience in trading financial products such as foreign exchange, bonds, and interest rate. Ability to develop quantitative trading strategies independently
