We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL HK as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Working location: Chai Wan (Head Office) & Lau Fau Shan (Project site)
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
- Responsible for interim payment application, certifying sub-contractor's payment, valuation of variation and final account settlement
- Prepare and compile the cost data for contractual claims
- Liaise and coordinate between internal departments (e.g. Tendering, Production and Cost Control team) and sub-contractors in respect of the progress and contracts
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Ground Investigation, Civil / Building Construction projects in main contractor / sub-contractor
- Corporate membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. RICS, HKIS) in Quantity Surveying discipline with minimum 2 years of post chartered experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Self-motivated with good working attitude and sense of responsibility
