SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Job Matcher- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in local building construction project
- Site Q.S. experience is preferred
- In-depth experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation of subletting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
- Hands-on PC skills including Word and Excel
- To be stationed on site (if required)
- Candidates with higher qualification and more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor
