Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties:

• Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, contract administration, final accounts

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 5 years or above of quantity surveying experience
• Relevant QS experience for E&M projects
• Experience in Electronic Systems installations
• Proficiency in PC including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Good commend of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Good communication and negotiation skills, problem solving
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
