Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MHKIS with a degree in quantity surveying or construction economics
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying with at least 5 years’ post qualification experience
• Proven experience in handling large scale residential / commercial / hotel projects
• Good initiative and conscientious
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying works for major residential / commercial / hotel projects
• Responsible for managing and supervising the performance of works carried out by consultant quantity surveying firms
