Work with PIC (QS) to perform effective and efficient cost management function for assigned development projects and ensure fully complied with corporate cost control procedures, payment valuation, VO assessment and final account settlement;
Work with the project team to propose the appropriate / suitable procurement methods and work packages list for the projects;
Monitor and ensure QS consultant prepare the tender documents for the work packages based on the agreed tender schedule
Manage the QS consultant to carry out the tender analysis and tender report
Manage interim payments, claims, disputes and variation assessment
Work closely with the project team to perform the contract administration function
Requirements:
Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from recognized professional bodies
At least 8 years' relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimating, cost control and contract administration of residential construction projects
Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Contract Manager
