Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. 

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services.  As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists. 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Receivables Finance Client Services Officer.


Principal responsibilities


  • Assist in handling receivables finance transactions relating to processing sections including invoice / cash / prepayment processing
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure high degree of accuracy / efficiency and meet service pledge requirements
  • Handle internal / external customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Ensure the Group’s / Bank’s internal control standards and compliance policy are firmly maintained
  • Provide inputs on operational procedures and product guidelines with a view to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report any irregular / suspicious transactions and take appropriate actions to protect the Bank's interest



  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Work experience in receivables finance and / or trade finance preferred
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
