- Deliver excellent and professional pre & post sales customer service
- Handle enquiries and complaints with professional manner
- Liaise with internal and external departments to fulfill customers’ enquiries

Requirements:
- Degree holder, with 3 years experiences of customer hotline service in healthcare or beauty industry
- Good command in both spoken and written (English and Chinese)
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure
