A highly reputable and expanding European luxury retail group, our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda by driving comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable human resources programs for the expanding business here in Hong Kong.

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted HR Advisor to senior business leaders across the full-spectrum of HR duties within the business. Reporting directly to the APAC Head of HR while leading a local HR team, you and your team will provide effective and professional HR services while making recommendations for improvement in-line with overall growing business strategy for Hong Kong and APAC countries.
You will act as an employee champion and change agent, serving as a source for positive change while driving the APAC HR strategic plan. The senior HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and is responsible for HR services for key business lines, including but not limited to, training, succession planning, performance management, recruiting strategy, workforce effectiveness and individual development planning.
This position will be key in embedding the brands culture, values, policies and procedures in legally compliant manner while supporting line managers to drive team performance. This is a true HR business partner role for an expanding global retail group.
