(Senior) Regional HR Manager

A HK listed company with aggressive growth in the past few years is looking for a seasoned (Senior) HR Manager with regional exposure.

  • Perform all-round HR functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, organisation design, performance management to both HK and overseas offices
  • Responsible for different employee engagement programs to enhance staff retention and overall company morale
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to support on overseas business talent acquisition to ensure business objectives are met
  • Formulate, implement and review HR policies & procedures from time to time
  • Lead and execute in various HR projects on ad-hoc basis


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of HR working experience with solid regional exposure, preferably to China as well as US/European regions
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal & influencing skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
