Senior Regional Marketing Manager

Envision and activate a multi-dimensional 360-degree marketing strategy that encompasses a broad array of marketing tools to create innovative marketing programs and strategic communications that drive emotional brand connections and compelling brand stories.

I.  Develop and maintain regional marketing calendar to ensure consistent brand communications across the region

  • Support brand’s strategic and business goals
  • Construct full year marketing and communications framework

II. Deliver results against branding and commercial realities, adapting the global seasonal key messaging calendar for the region (Direct Retail, Travel Retail and Wholesale)

III. Drive CRM programs (Direct Communication, Events, Promotions, Gifting etc) with clear analysis to

  • Communicate and engage with local clientele in direct retail markets
  • Build a sustainable and effective Loyalty Program


        I.            Strategic Planning

  • Construct design and implement the annual marketing strategy, with a clearly outlined Action Plan in tandem with the Key Message Map within the defined budget in order to meet pre-defined KPI’s and Objectives
  • Develop and execute key marketing tactics to support brand’s business goals

      II.            Budget Construction, Management and Reporting

  • Develop KPI for each marketing campaign
  • Accountable for the actual spending per action and program and the corresponding results
  • Accountable to ensure that all financial reporting according to plan

    III.           Lead Regional Marketing Efforts

  • Adapt the International Messaging Calendar to the Asian context, aligning with Product, VM, Digital and PR – ensure timely distribution to all stakeholders
  • Driving the global messaging and branding initiatives with Landlords, Wholesale and License Partners
  • Working in close partnership with the Account teams, ensure that our partners adhere to marketing initiatives that are aligned with the brand whilst meeting their commercial reality

    IV.            Implement Meaningful & Impactful and Scalable Marketing Programs

  • Lead the development of 360 concepts (including Digital/ Social/ Events/ OOH/ Media/ BTL tactics)
  • Integrate initiatives with the Digital and Social team in New York to ensure seamless messaging across all channels
  • Develop social/digital content calendar across region

     V.             CRM and Loyalty Program

  • Develop in direct retail markets a CRM Culture within retail and cross-functional colleagues that includes implementation of a Training module for CRM principals and customer data collection culture
  • Ensure data practices are well implemented across the organization
  • Management of the Marketing Data Warehouse, Campaign Management and Reporting Tool; key driver of the agency relationship
  • Scope, structure and define process to ensure that campaign selection, program and reporting needs are met
  • Contribute towards the global thinking in customer segmentation to ensure that the Asian context is represented
  • Drive CRM and Loyalty Programs that grow local clientele and sales


  • At least 8 years of solid experience in marketing functions, with strong leadership and consensus building skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Candidate should be able to drive big picture goals; deal and work with people with different backgrounds and temperaments, as well as know what motivates team members and effectively bring out the best in them. Adaptability and flexibility are key personality traits
  • Digital savvy. Experienced in the social media landscape in the Asia Pacific region, including Facebook and Instagram
  • A proven track record in developing and managing marketing programs including CRM
  • Relevant marketing experience with an international company, preferably with luxury product marketing experience
  • Candidate must be an excellent communicator who can aptly explain his vision and strategy to his team as well as have open and frequent communications with brand teams and principals.
  • Must be able to efficiently communicate the brands’ vision to external members (Agencies, Vendors, VIPs etc)
