Senior Regional Sales Manager

  • Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the electronics industries
  • Experience in EMC/inductors passive components is an added advantage
  • Experience in handling EMS companies & quarterly negotiation is a must
  • Excellent people and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work well with people at all levels in the organization
  • Good technical knowledge and strong ability in development and design in supports to customers in the region
  • Must posses strong entrepreneurship, leadership, people management skill, self motivated, result-oriented as well as cultural issues awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Able to travel frequently as and when required
  • Able to work beyond normal office hour

Job Duties:

  • Provide overall leadership to the sales function HK and Southern China, with particular focus on management of all existing business relationship, new customers, key account management and increased market share in various segments
  • Build sales and account management teams, motivate team members, provide strategic and tactical support and guidance and ensure that sales plans are consistently met, or exceed
  • Meeting Target sales plan annually and frequent managing of reporting and forecasting
  • Identify customer needs, market trends and analyze competitors
  • To effectively handle all customer complaint appropriately within the minimum time frame
  • Develop market strategy and identify new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth
  • Build company reputation and brand in the region
  • Manage internal customer service team to ensure on time delivery and ensure high quality of customer service level
  • Identify areas of improvement and problem solving
