Our client, a premium European lifestyle product brand, is looking for a Senior Regional Supply Chain Officer to assist the Supply Chain team in managing APAC logistics and shipment operations to cope with their business expansion.

The job

  • Work closely with EU Headquarter in order placement and processing, inventory control and logistic calendar
  • Manage daily inventory and shipment operations
  • Coordinate APAC shipment and logistics arrangement, inventory availability and stock allocations 
  • Responsible for order processing, invoicing, payments management and follow up on procurement system
  • Manage product shipment arrangements and schedules
  • Prepare logistics and inventory reports
  • Liaise with 3PL warehouse and monitor incoming and outgoing goods
  • Handle defective stock return and redeliver issues
  • Assist Manager in budget preparation, KPI reports, audit project and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The candidate

  • Diploma in logistics management, supply chain, retail operations or related fields
  • 5+ years in APAC logistics or supply chain experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel v-lookup and pivot table
  • Excellent communications skills in English
  • Multitasking and strong coordination
