Senior Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively solicit new business and deepen existing and new relationships within the high net worth market segment
  • Promote full range of banking and wealth management products and services
  • Perform other service-related duties assigned by the Branch Manager
  • Comply with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines including but not limited to anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism.


  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 5 years' sales experience in consumer banking
  • Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
  • Qualification in ECF is preferred
  • Sales and customer oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good spoken English and Cantonese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
