Principal Responsibilities:

  • Explore and develop profitable business to achieve the growth
  • Provide professional banking product and services to build, maintain and deepen target customer relationships
  • Ensure the strictest compliance with all regulatory requirements and the Bank’s policies and procedures


  • Possess relevant frontline experience in financial services industry
  • Possess HKSI and IIQAS qualifications
  • Certified Retail Wealth Professional preferred
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to develop a network of target prospects
  • Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve sales, be self-motivated to face sales challenges and be able to work under pressure
  • Fast learner and mature with strong sales and customer orientation
  • Candidates with proven sales experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager
