SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE
The Division is looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following two vacant posts:
The appointee is expected to assist in the conduct of a large scale clinical study of irritable bowel syndrome. He/She will be responsible for interview, data entry and analysis, and related paper works.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and/or above in Chinese Medicine or related disciplines. Those with clinical research experience and have registered as licenced Chinese medicine practitioner in Hong Kong will be preferred. He/She should also have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese and be able to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The appointee is expected to assist in the research projects of pharmacological study of Chinese medicine with focus on gastrointestinal diseases.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and/or above in pharmacology, molecular pharmacology, biology, biochemistry or related disciplines. Those with research experience in cellular and animal experiments are desirable. He/She should also have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese and be able to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants with solid research experience and strong academic background will be considered for appointment as Senior Research Assistant. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
