Brand Health Tracking Service Line

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their brands on their growth journey, pulling together multiple data sources to provide guidance on:

  1. How to set the right course to drive brand growth
  2. Monitoring the effect of their actions, often with focus on communications activity, on those brands, providing guidance on any course correction necessary to achieve their goals

This is built on our knowledge of how people choose and buy brands, leading to an understanding of why their brands are performing as they are and how they can improve.

We identify what KPIs they need to track as a result of their strategic plans so they know if their actions are moving what they need to move.

We give them the information that they need, when they need it, in the way they need it, to fit with their business structure and planning cycle. This takes tracking from being seen as an input on a KPI sheet to an essential part of their planning and performance management process.

Role Objective / Purpose

The role of Senior / Research Executive is responsible for finishing medium projects independently and helping project manager finish large projects and control the quality of projects

Role & Responsibilities¡G

  • Design the questionnaires of medium project independently
  • Translate the questionnaires independently
  • Be in charge of the quality control of the projects execution
  • Be in charge of checking the accuracy of data report
  • Prepare for reporting and charting
  • Analyze data and writing commentaries
  • Provide coaching / training to junior staff
  • Assist senior members on ad hoc projects as assigned

Person Specification

Qualification¡G

  • University degree and above
  • 2 to 3 years marketing research experience and correlative marketing experience

Knowledge¡G

  • Marketing & business, statistics and relevant knowledge
  • Hold methodologies on remarking research and techniques
  • Good experience of project management

Skill (including technical and people skill)¡G

  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good computer skills, inc, office and other software
  • Good project management skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent team work

Other Requirements :

  • Open minded, good initiative, creative
  • Able to work under pressure, manage own time and adapt to overtime work
  • Carefulness and honesty
  • Experience overseas (e.g.: university degree, volunteering program, internship etc)
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Research Executive.
