Role Objective / Purpose
The role of Senior Research Executive is working Customer Experience team on SaaS implementations and support in the dynamic and rapidly growing area of Voice of the Customer feedback solutions. You will work with leading SaaS solutions that integrate business data with survey-based feedback from customers to deliver real-time reporting and analytics that help organisations improve customer experience.
