Senior / Reservation Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Input daily reservations correspondence from various channels including telephone, email and fax etc
• Handle reservations accurately and professionally
• Ensure all reservations are handled in accordance to the hotel’s policy
• Handle daily reservations operation reports

Job Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Preferably with relevant experience in HIS system
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• With a positive attitude and customer-oriented
• Possess good communication skills and strong computer knowledge
• Candidates with lesser experience may be considered as Reservation Agent
