Senior Resident Façade Engineer (Based in Tianjin)

  • Candidates should  have a minimum of  15 years of site supervision experience in building facade construction
  • Well versed with the Hong Kong and China Statutory requirement relating to facade construction
  • Supervise testing, fabrication and construction of façade systems
  • Good communication and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Good command of Putonghua, and Cantonese is preferable

This position based in Tianjin will be on contract basis to work on construction site projects.   The contract is approximately 12 months which may be lengthened or shortened subject to project development. Standard working hours will be 6 days per week, shift work may be required. Attractive remuneration package with gratuity will be offered to the successful candidate.
