Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting and polishing, and replenishing amenities, etc.

Greet guests and response to guests’ requests in a courteous and efficient manner;
有禮地問候客人,並適時地回應客人的查詢及要求;
Report any damaged items or unusual circumstances to supervisors;
向上司匯報有關客房內的任何損壞及異常情況;
Assist in room checking;
協助執行日常客房的整潔檢查;
Record and maintain an accurate stock of linen and amenities; and
正確記錄及處理布草和日常用品的庫存;
Shift Duty is required.
需輪班及輪休。
Requirements:
Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in hotel industry (or those who have completed vocational training);
具有一年酒店業相關工作經驗者或曾進修相關職業訓練課程者會優先考慮;
Pleasant, efficient, independent and well organized;
待人親切、高效率、獨立及具組織力;
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the role of Senior Room Attendant.
具有較多工作經驗者,可考慮為高級房務員。
