Job Description

  • Report to the Head of Safety and supervise a team of Safety Managers;
  • Assist the Head of Safety in monitoring and advising on all safety related matters and potential risks to ensure compliance with the latest statutory requirements and regulations;
  • Conduct regular internal audit and provide advice on preventive actions;
  • Plan, execute, and institutionalize a Safety Management System to constitute best practices;
  • Create, review and update Safety Management Manual;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to implement the Safety Management System;
  • Maintain a close liaison with internal departments to drive health and safety management programs;
  • Coordinate with our in-house training team to provide safety training to staff at all corporate levels;
  • Carry out accident investigation; and
  • Perform ad hoc duties relating to safety as assigned.


  • Degree holder in Safety & Health Management or equivalent;
  • At least 15 years of working experience of which minimum of 5 years in managerial level in construction industries;
  • Registered Safety Officer/ Registered Safety Auditor of Labour Department;
  • Solid experience in safety inspection / auditing with construction projects;
  • Familiar with ISO45001 audits & local safety regulation;
  • Energetic, self-driven, and a good team player;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; and
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
