Senior Sales Associate 高級售貨員 / Sales Associate 售貨員

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Customer First selling standards in order to provide a positive customer experience and achieve sales goals
• Confidently engage customers with product knowledge and unique features
• Outfit customers by suggesting key looks, incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on customers’ individual style
• Maintain the salesfloor standards of providing the best shopping environment for customers
• Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems
• Perform other operational duties as assigned
• Applicants with more experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Associate Role

Requirements:

• HKDSE graduate or above
• Proactive, passionate with strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good collaborative skills and a team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
