Key responsibilities:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
  • Be a hunter role to drive new business from new customers
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities from the market of different segments to drive new revenue from new customers
  • Formulate sales strategies to enrich sales pipelines, enhance competitive edges, and boost up sales performance and profitability
  • Identify competitors’ activities within the market and recommend competitive tactics and strategies to maximize the winning chances
  • To proactively attend relevant events and establish business networks & relationship
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand


  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B business development experience with valuable asset or high net worth clients
  • Prefer in LED lighting experience
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Aggressive, result-oriented with business acumen
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, including Mandarin
