Senior Sales Executive (Service Sales)

Your new role

  • Support to acquire ICT products maintenance services contracts and maintain customer relationship for assigned customer accounts 
  • Strive to win-back untapped service users to increase service revenue and market share of the Company 
  • Manage the service sales cycle from service selling to service contract completion 
  • Liaise with customers and internal counterparts to deliver the service contracts and payments

To succeed in this role

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 year sales or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of IT/telecommunications products and services is an advantage
  • Aggressive, mature, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
