We are currently seeking a Director of F&B Marketing to join our team in the Marketing Division based at Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong. The leader is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive F&B profitability for our 23 restaurants and bars across four properties in Hong Kong. A sound understanding of local market demographics and dining trends will enable this individual to support restaurants through the development and execution of localized and destination marketing campaigns that increase brand loyalty, sales and traffic.
This individual will lead a team and work closely with property F&B leadership to identify marketing needs of our restaurants, drive top tier F&B media and industry relationships, develop strategic partnerships and create special events for impactful awareness in the local market.
