Manage corporate sales activities and events align with hotel’s Sales & Marketing plan including prequalifying corporate accounts, opening accounts and finalizing proposals
Manage and monitor all rate proposal of the corporate segment
Maintain and expand market share and strive for the best possible RevPAR
Ensure a smooth operation in the corporate section of the Sales Team
Assist all the sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, in order to create a strong and disciplined sales team, and to achieve the sales goal
Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
With a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Hotel Corporate Sales and / or Rooms operations is a must
Hotel exposure in similar scale and locality is a definite advantage
Proactive, goal-driven and able to realise sales opportunities
Good command of related sales automated system including Opera
Well versed in spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager - Corporate
