Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Sales Team to achieve sales goals and revenue growth
  • Conduct feasibility study for potential acquisition of Hong Kong properties
  • Proven track record on sales of large scale of residential projects or commercial and industrial premises
  • Perform financial analysis, market research and asset valuation of project

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Real Estate / Surveying or relevant disciplines, Chartered Surveyor (GP) is an advantage
  • 10 years' relevant experience, of which 5 years in supervisory level, preferably with property developer
  • Proven track record on sales of large scale of residential projects or apartment premises
  • Experience in budget control for all marketing expenses
  • Analytical mind, innovative, strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Aggressive to seek short-term and long-term opportunities to maximize sales results
  • Build team and ensure team members are clear about the goals, roles and work processes
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
