Senior Sales Manager

Our client is an international highest end products and service provider. Their target customers are large international corporate and high-net-worth individuals who have highest demand for business or personal purpose. Currently, they are inviting an aggressive sales professional to join their Hong Kong office, which is their regional HQ.

In this role, you are expecting to further develop their business in Hong Kong. You will develop sales strategy, business pipeline, engage customers and make sales. You will work as a part of regional team together to grow and expand business footprint in the region.


  • Achieve sales target, explore potential markets and sales opportunities
  • Develop sales strategies and sales pipeline, generate business leads through research, referrals, and personal network
  • Direct and control all direct sales activities to improve revenue and traffic, and maximize yield
  • Develop sales forecast and evaluate monthly revenue, review unsuccessful case for the improvement of future sales
  • Participate meetings with regional teams to improve sales strategies, refine policies, and improve synergy in leverage customers and business strategies


  • A University degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales/business development experience in selling luxury consumer products or services ie Super Yacht, Limited Sport Car, Private Club Membership, Luxury Property, Private Banking, etc
  • Prove experience in meeting sales target
  • Current network with large MNC, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneur business owners, etc
  • Aggressive, mature, highly independent, and with strong confident in dealing with demanding customers
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are mandatory
