Senior Securities Clerk

Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate the CCASS terminal to perform Settlement Instructions (SIs), Corporate Actions, IPO subscription and refund, and other CCASS related transactions
  • Perform share trading settlement for clients and receipt, delivery and transfer of physical shares
  • Update the stock balances maintained in CCASS and Share Brokerage
  • Perform daily stock balance reconciliation
  • Handle appropriation of benefit entitlements to clients
  • Prepare the client notification on Corporate Actions
  • Conduct general clerical tasks including report reconciliation, filing and internal system transaction input

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in banking or securities
  • Mature, well-organized and service oriented
  • Good communication skills and PC skills
