Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis on a regular basis, analyze customer demand for banking products and services, collect market information, gain insight into market trends, plan and manage strategies for each customer segment
Assist in regular customer behavior and business analysis of each customer segment, including but not limited to using various analytical tools to provide information on the segmentation and customer behavior changes
Assist in formulating and implementing the high and mid customer segment strategies, including sales scripts and training material, to achieve the business targets
Assist in the launch of various marketing promotions such as customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, aiming to develop potential/high value customer segmentation, and to monitor the target achievement for each promotion on a regular basis
According to customer's needs and deepening of the product penetration, establish and recommend the product portfolio and pricing strategy for specific customer segment
Conduct post campaign evaluation and analysis; deliver timely and right cross-sell plan, closely align with external partner to maximize business result
Ensure the effective communication between departments in order to achieve targets for each initiative
Proactively working with product managers and channel management, aiming to improve customer revenue contribution, and ensure marketing management strategies are properly implemented
Working along the bank strategy and cross collaboration with partners, proactively recommend and review effective measures to improve revenue and achieve targets for the Bank
Requirements:
Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
8 years or above experience in financial industry
A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation and committed with good business sense and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and Access
Less experience will be considered as Segment Management Manager
