Assist senior executives in formulating and implementing customer management strategies to derive highest value from customers by exploring their financial needs, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience
Engage business teams in the identification of big data application scenarios and review user requirements.
Design and implement an integrated sales & service platform, enabling frontline salespersons to conduct end-to-end sales process including planning, sales discussion and activities capturing effectively
Liaise closely with product, segment and channel teams to ensure the platforms developed are useful in cross/up-selling to meet target customers' needs in totality
Plan, implement and monitor the use of the platform by frontline sales, by working with counterparts in providing necessary training & communication, and conduct continuous enhancement by learnings from feedback
Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline
At least 8 years solid working experience in product management, customer management or sales development in banking industry
Familiar with banking products and operations / service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for success
Be innovative with good organizing & problem solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
Less experience can be considered as Segment Manager
