Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for Senior Service Desk Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist team lead to monitor the service quality of SD services
  • Constantly feedback service improvement opportunities
  • Provide IT support, via phone, remote access and on-site duties
  • Working closely and cooperatively with all other teams, parties and vendors
  • Manage and support incidents and request
  • Manage Windows AD and email account
  • Manage ticketing system


Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years or above experience in IT support role as a Service Desk
  • Diploma or above in IT or computer science field
  • Experience administering in Active Directory, VoIP telephony systems
  • Holder of ITIL Foundation qualification is perfered
  • Good in both spoken and written English
